The Brand Activation Specialist cooperates closely with Business Development and Management in order to develop and implement a successful marketing strategy. The Brand Activation Specialist builds content (text, pictures, info graphics, videos), collaterals, structures and engaging experiences that will evangelize new and existing customers,

JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary role of the Brand Activation Specialist is to assist the Business Development efforts by planning marketing efforts and creating content and engaging materials and experiences that can be used to generate interest from potential clients and help retain existing clients. The Brand Activation Specialist also aids the Business Development efforts on developing a local and international Partner ecosystem of vendors and suppliers. Additionally, the Brand Activation Specialist works Brand Box Global social networks presence and newsletters to strengthen the brand and help the Business Development efforts to develop the pipeline of new business coming in. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services we can provide, and of the company’s competitors. The main duties of the Brand Activation Specialist can be summarized as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING

  • Manage Product communication across the organization including creating excitement around new activations, channeling feedback and managing issue resolution.
  • End to end ownership and project management from brief collection, quotation, sourcing, production coordination, and delivery.
  • Represent Brand Box Global externally and internally. Evangelize customers, partners.
  • Drive transformational brand solution through leveraging and developing relevant client deliverables.
  • Attend, present on key activations and respective projects.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

Bachelor or Master degree is a preference.

Creativity and being passionate about branding with a particular interest in events, production, marketing.

Analytical acumen, team player, paired with agile mindset and can do attitude.

Business driven, proactive and entrepreneur mentality.

Customer-, target- and result-oriented.

Producing compelling, photo realistic 3D renderings, and photo composites of display units, event spaces and branded product designs . You are expected to brainstorm our activation specialist, clients and marketing team to create irresistible designs.

A college degree in multimedia design or equivalent and some prior experience in multimedia design are a must. Excellent knowledge of 3D software applications such as Maya8, Mental Ray, and Adobe CS3 Photoshop is a must. Proficiency in Adobe CS3 Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Flash is a plus. We’re looking for resourceful, innovative, and proactive talent who aren’t afraid to experiment and push the boundaries past previously done work.
