The Brand Activation Specialist cooperates closely with Business Development and Management in order to develop and implement a successful marketing strategy. The Brand Activation Specialist knowledge on how to drive product adoption combined with communication skills, analytical abilities, management experience and execution skills to shaping how new and existing business grow. The Brand Activation Specialist builds content (text, pictures, info graphics, videos), collaterals, structures and engaging experiences that will evangelize new and existing customers,


The primary role of the Brand Activation Specialist is to assist the Business Development efforts by planning marketing efforts and creating content and engaging materials and experiences that can be used to generate interest from potential clients and help retain existing clients. The Brand Activation Specialist also aids the Business Development efforts on developing a local and international Partner ecosystem of vendors and suppliers. Additionally, the Brand Activation Specialist works Brand Box Global social networks presence and newsletters to strengthen the brand and help the Business Development efforts to develop the pipeline of new business coming in. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services we can provide, and of the company’s competitors. The main duties of the Brand Activation Specialist can be summarized as follows:


  • Manage Product communication across the organization including creating excitement around new activations, channeling feedback and managing issue resolution.
  • End to end ownership and project management from brief collection, quotation, sourcing, production coordination, and delivery.
  • Represent Brand Box Global externally and internally. Evangelize customers, partners.
  • Drive transformational brand solution through leveraging and developing relevant client deliverables.
  • Attend, present on key activations and respective projects.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.


Bachelor or Master degree is a preference.
